If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item was ordered in error or your product is defective, please contact us to discuss our returns procedure. 

If you have ordered a product in error, the products packaging must be in completely new condition and unopened. If the goods are returned in packaging that we deem as not fit for resale, there is a £5.00 surchage.

If your product is defective, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement item - or to receive the appropriate replacement parts. Defective parts that developed faults during manufacturing process must be returned for inspection and a complete replacement will be supplied.

If you delivery has arrived with visible damages to its exterior, please DO NOT sign for the delivery and refuse it. Contact us and we will send a replacement.


On the receipt of your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange at our descretion. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
