This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount up to three internal fuel pumps within the same unit. Every fuel pump uses its own AN08 outlet that lets you choose between various setups. With the possibility to mount up to three high-pressure fuel pumps, this over-sized fuel surge tank is ready to deliver fuel for more than 3500hp, this is the most universal fuel surge tank on the market.

This fuel surge tank lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN10 (7/8" UNF) outlet and is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. Nuke Performance have designed this fuel surge tank to be both space efficient and power efficient.

Run one, two or three fuel pumps individually or in two steps with multi electrical connectors that are located on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all of Nuke Performance products. Everything you need to mount a single, dual or triple high-pressure in-tank 39mm body diameter fuel pump is included, such as the AEM 320l, DW200, DW300, Walbro GST400, GST450, GST520, Aeromotive Stealth series and many more 39mm fuel pumps. The internal billet bracket fits up to three 39mm fuel pumps.

Fuel pumps are mounted with the billet internal mounting bracket.
This second-generation Nuke Performance fuel surge tank comes with an internal bracket for up to three internal fuel pumps with an outer bodydiameter of 39mm, this is the most common fuel pump size and makes a perfect fit and combination for most setups thinkable. It also fits the very popular Ti Automotive/Walbro GST400, GST450 and GST520 fuel pumps and its design siblings such as the Aeromotive Stealth 450.

High flow fuel pumps without customization of the OEM fuel tank.
With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery and a safe solution for your engine and setup even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. You are able to mount high flow in-tank fuel pumps without larger customisation of your stock fuel tank. With this setup, you are able to deliver extreme fuel flow to your engine and thanks to the fuel surge tanks over-dimensioned 3.0 litre design you will have enough fuel at all conditions and at all times. The 2G fuel surge tank 3.0 litre for internal fuel pumps works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routes straight back into the fuel surge tank, ensuring that it stays full at all times.

How to mount fuel pumps within a Fuel Surge Tank.
The fuel surge tanks from Nuke Performance come delivered with everything you need to easily install all common fuel pumps but Nuke Performance recommend adding one of their fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality and serviceability. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the internal Aluminium billet fuel pump bracket.

How does a fuel surge tank work and how does it flow?
Your stock fuel pump or aftermarket lift fuel pump functions as a pickup fuel pump that fills the surge tank and ensures that the high pressure fuel pumps within the over-sized surge tank. The fuel surge tank always ensures you have enough fuel to maximise fuel flow and minimise the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine.

Nuke Performance's fuel surge tank is available in several different setups, each one designed to perform to the maximum. This fuel surge tank comes with a billet Aluminium mounting bracket with a 6 bolt pattern making a secure fitment in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose, these fuel surge tanks come with a various number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with Nuke Performance's over-dimensioned electrical connectors that can manage 10x the current used. For the 2G fuel surge tank 3.0 litre (for 1 - 3 internal fuel pumps), it comes equipped with dual step connectors, letting you choose if you want to run the different fuel pumps on different steps, fuses or at the same time.
