The 2nd generation fuel surge tank from Nuke Performance has everything you need to mount the popular Deatschwerks DW400 high pressure fuel pumps. This new updated version is the first of its kind, specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of Deatschwerks ground breaking DW400 fuel pump. This fuel pump has a larger diameter and due to its high flow it demands perfect conditions to be able to perform at its maximum performance and in close work with the engineers at Deatschwerk, Nuke Performance have developed the perfect solution.

This fuel surge tank lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN10 (7/8" UNF) outlet and is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. Nuke Performance have designed this fuel surge tank to be both space efficient and power efficient.

Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multi electrical connectors on the top lid of the surge tank. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all of Nuke Performance products. Everything you need to mount a single or dual DW400 fuel pump is included and everything you need to mount any 39mm fuel pump into the same surge tank without modifications. This surge tank also fits the new Bosch BR540 that has the same external dimensions as the DW400. All necessary accessories are included for both single and dual fuel pump setup.

Fuel pumps are mounted with the billet internal mounting bracket.
This fuel surge tank comes with an internal bracket for the DW400 fuel pumps but also with adapters that make all common 39mm fuel pumps mount with a perfect fit. What first was intended as the natural choice for the DW400 fuel pump turned into the perfect solution and design for almost all fuel pumps used for tuning and applications in Motorsport on the market today.

Running this fuel surge tank minimises the risk of running at a dangerously low fuel level and experiencing fuel loss. You can rely on maximum fuel delivery and a safe solution for your engine and setup even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. You are able to mount the high flow in-tank fuel pumps without larger customisation of your stock fuel tank. The 2G fuel surge tank works as a buffer meaning the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routes straight back into the fuel surge tank resulting in staying full at all times.

Your stock fuel pump or lift fuel pump within your stock fuel tank, or your aftermarket fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that ensures that the high pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 3 litre surge tank making sure it always has enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine. The Fuel Surge Tank is delivered with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your selection, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump brackets.
