The 2nd generation fuel surge tank from Nuke Performance has everything you need to mount the popular Ti Automotive/Walbro GST400, GST450 and GST520 high pressure fuel pumps. This new updated version is the first of its kind, specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of Ti Automotive/Walbro Ti/Walbro GST Series 450, 525 & 535. This fuel pump has a larger diameter and due to its high flow it demands perfect conditions to be able to perform at its maximum performance and in close work with the engineers at Deatschwerk, Nuke Performance have developed the perfect solution.

This fuel surge tank lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN10 (7/8" UNF) outlet and is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. Nuke Performance have designed this fuel surge tank to be both space efficient and power efficient.

Please Note: This fuel surge tank is compatible with both 39mm and 42mm body diameter fuel pumps, 42mm body diameter fuel pumps require additional internal bracket inserts (Part #1500509insert). 2x 39mm/1.53" internal bracket inserts come delivered with this fuel surge tank. The ORB to AN Male Fittings are NOT included!

Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multi electrical connectors on the top lid of the surge tank. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all of Nuke Performance products. Everything you need to mount a single or dual GSS340 / GSS341 / GSS342 / GST400 / GST450 / GST520 from Ti Automotive/Walbro is included and everything you need to mount any other 39mm fuel pump into the same surge tank without modifications. All necessary accessories are included for both single and double setup.

Fuel pumps are mounted with the billet internal mounting bracket.
This 2nd generation Nuke Performance fuel surge tank comes with an internal bracket for up to three internal fuel pumps with an outer diameter of 39mm, this is the most common fuel pump size and makes a perfect fit and combination for most setups. This fuel surge kit also fits the very popular Ti Automotive/Walbro GST400, GST450 and GST520 fuel pumps and its design siblings such as the Aeromotive Stealth 450.

High flow fuel pumps without customization of the OEM fuel tank.
With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery and a safe solution for your engine and setup even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. You are able to mount high flow in-tank fuel pumps without larger customisation of your stock fuel tank. With this setup, you are able to deliver extreme fuel flow to your engine and thanks to the fuel surge tanks over-dimensioned 3.0 litre design you will have enough fuel at all conditions and at all times. The 2G fuel surge tank 3.0 litre for internal fuel pumps works as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine routes straight back into the fuel surge tank, ensuring that it stays full at all times.

How to mount fuel pumps within the Walbro GST Fuel Surge Tank.
The fuel surge tanks from Nuke Performance come delivered with everything you need to easily install all common fuel pumps but we recommend adding one of Nuke Performance's fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality and serviceability. For internal fuel pumps, you need a single fuel pump kit for each fuel pump, so if you run two fuel pumps you need two single kits. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the internal Aluminium billet fuel pump bracket.

How does a fuel surge tank work and how does it flow?
Your stock fuel pump or aftermarket lift fuel pump functions as a pickup fuel pump that fills the surge tank and ensures that the high pressure fuel pumps within the over-sized surge tank. The fuel surge tank always ensures you have enough fuel to maximise fuel flow and minimise the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine.

Nuke Performance's fuel surge tank is available in several different setups, each one designed to perform to the maximum. This fuel surge tank comes with a billet Aluminium mounting bracket with a 6 bolt pattern making a secure fitment in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose, these fuel surge tanks come with a various number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with Nuke Performance's over-dimensioned electrical connectors that can manage 10x the current used. For the 2G fuel surge tank 3.0 litre (for internal fuel pumps), it comes equipped with dual step connectors, letting you choose if you want to run the different fuel pumps on different steps, fuses or at the same time.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520, is now equipped with ORB threads instead of the UNF threads they used in the beginning. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB inlet, return, and overflow ports let you choose from a wide range of different available ORB fittings. The use of the oversized, high flow AN-10 ORB outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into one single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses, and fittings. Outlet, inlet, overflow, and return AN-6, AN-8, AN-10, and AN-12 fittings are sold separately as accessories.
