The T7Design.co.uk shopping cart will calculate the delivery cost based on the weight of the items to be shipped and the delivery destination.
Your order should be with you within 2-5 working days (usually next day). All items are sent via UK Royal Mail post. We try to be as fair as possible with our delivery charges. We believe that a well informed customer is a happy customer.
You have 7 days to return an item for a refund if you are unhappy with it. We do not refund the delivery charge.
Items returned later than this may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge which covers administration costs and payment processing fees etc.
All returns must be authorised by email first.
Items returned for a refund must be sent to us via insured post, must be unopened where applicable and be in as new condition. All returned products are thoroughly tested before a refund is issued. T7Design.co.uk will refund the purchase price to you within 7 days of the receipt of returned goods.
If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return it for an exchange, we will charge the delivery cost and credit or debit any difference in value on the goods.
